1. Cancellation by Client
- Clients may cancel their booking up to 30 days before the scheduled event date to be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable due to prior planning, vendor commitments, and resource allocation.
2. Refund Eligibility
- If a cancellation is made 30 days or more in advance, a full refund will be processed (excluding any non-refundable deposits, if applicable).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Cancellation by VIKRAM SOLUTIONS LLC
- In the unlikely event that VIKRAM SOLUTIONS LLC must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund of any payments made.
- We will also make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative solutions if possible.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Deposits (if specified in your contract) may be non-refundable.
- Payments made for third-party vendors (e.g., venues, catering, entertainers) may be subject to their own refund policies, which are outside of our control.
5. Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for refunds if an event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, or other force majeure events.
